Chief star in the movie "Le Silence de Lorna", written by brothers Jean Pierre and Luc Dardenne from Belgium. The movie is competing for the top prize at Cannes Film Festival 2008. In the film, Arta plays a young Albanian woman living in Belgium, who struggles to integrate into society there. Eager to obtain Belgian citizenship and set up a snack bar in Belgium with her boyfriend, she tries to buy herself a better life by courting a mobster but is then manipulated into marrying a Russian gangster.
