The winner of the 46th Edition of Albania's National Song Festival (Festivali Kenges 46 RTSH) which determines the entry song for Eurovision Song Contest. Olta won the contest with her song "Zemren e lame peng" (music by Adrian Hila) and will be representing Albania in Eurovision 2008 in Belgrade. The photo shows the emotional moment when she was announced as the winner of the festival. She is only 16!
